‘Pen y Fan Clearing Storm’, is an imagined scene inspired from a collage of the artist’s photographs of the general area of Pen y Fan mountains in Wales.
Late summer; fauna and grasses with wild flowers are shown in the foreground. A path of red clay through fields leads us to the mid ground to a cottage just over the brough of the hill.
Clumps of trees frame the scene, with the mountains give distance. Set in a gallery grade double mounted frame, total size 32×32″.
